About Me

I’m Lawrence, and I help driven people build strong, capable, high-performing bodies that actually support their lifestyle.

I’ve ranked in the top 4% of Spartan Race athletes, completed a marathon and a half-Ironman, and traveled internationally for sports - but achievements aren’t the point. They’re just proof that my methods and habits work.

I’ve spent 20+ years training and 5+ years coaching full-time, and for me, fitness has never been just a career. It’s the foundation that built my discipline, confidence, and independence - on and off the field.

After leaving the prestige and security of Fortune 500 consulting and technology behind, I chose a more aligned path: building myself and others intelligently, sustainably, and with purpose. Me and my clients share the same understanding that fitness is the foundation to a life well lived. It boils down to the same desire: to be strong, ambitious, and resilient — and to make the pursuit of fitness one part of their greater identity.

My coaching blends strength, mobility, endurance, recovery, and mindset into a single, cohesive approach. The goal isn’t burnout or extremes — it’s long-term performance, confidence in your body, and the ability to say yes to more life.

How we can work together

Step 2: Schedule Your 1:1 Training

Prerequisite: Completion of the Jumpstart Session

Programs are customized based on your goals, schedule, and training frequency. I typically train from my gym in San Fernando Valley, but we can discuss at-home, online, and hybrid options!

Standard rate: $150/hr

Training packages + discount options available after your Jumpstart Intro session.

Step 3: Online Personal Training

After completing a full program (typically 3–6 months), we’ll reassess and discuss next steps. Many clients transition into online or hybrid coaching, allowing continued progress with less hands-on training, while freeing in-person spots for those who need more support.
